Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, all products must be returned within 3 days of the original purchase date, in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.

Return Process

To return a product, please email us at support@miskka.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.

Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process the refund within 3 business days. The original purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another product, please follow the same return process outlined above. The original purchase price will be credited to your account and you will be able to place a new order for the desired product.
